WEDNESDAYS

12:15 - 12:50 pm / Lunchtime Unwind & Reset / Stacy
The class will include stretches, gentle flowing movements, breathing, easy meditations and an ending relaxation/restorative pose. Enjoy soothing music and silence mid - day - mid-week to unwind and reset your stress levels. Bring your lunch if you’d like and the last 10 mins we will enjoy our food together or you can continue with relaxation, sit and socialize, or just leave to go get lunch on your own. (Options are good!)

6:15 - 7:30 pm / Connect • Flow • Strengthen / Keela
October 10 - December 19th (no class on 11/21)
This is an Integrated Vinyasa class created to build strength + flexibility as you melt away tension + stress in the body + mind. Each class will be an intelligent evolutionary sequence with a specific purpose or theme. We’ll connect breath with movement with music as you intentionally flow, hold + connect with yourself. Expect a smooth yet challenging practice with pranayama (breath techniques) + meditation sprinkled in.

FRIDAYS

FIRST SATURDAYS
(First Saturday of each month)
Oct 6th / Nov 3rd / Dec 1st

8:30 - 9:30 AM  /  Beginner Yoga  /  Stacy 
For any first time Yoga students or for those who just want to dive deeper into specifics of the practice. Learn modifications for injuries and/or structural limitations (ex. joint replacements or limited range  of motion etc.) Learn the proper way to breathe and technique for all the main poses and flowing sequences.

9:45 - 11:15 AM  /  Open Flow & Restore  /  Stacy 
All levels class that will explore a little of it all. Breathing, moving, holding, flowing, meditation, and even some basic chanting and Yoga philosophy. A definite “feel good” class.
