9 - 10:15 am / Align with Grace / Callie
An all levels, alignment-based yoga class that brings together the supported and careful asana of Iyengar and gentle Vinyasa flow. Learn philosophy, meditation, and Pranayama to bring the body and mind into alignment with our fullest potential.


6:15 - 7:30 pm / Solar-Lunar Yoga / Keela
An Integrated Vinyasa Yoga practice rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary sequences that guide you to subtle inner awareness we access via our physical bodies and breath. Classes are balanced with sequences that are solar/invigorating with lunar/soothing. Each week we study a new focus through alignment + flow, engagement + relaxation, and science + philosophy. More than simply a style of yoga, Integrated Vinyasa™ illuminates our wholeness, our relationship to Nature, and an energetically sustainable approach to living fully. All levels welcome.

SATURDAYS - Now offering class every Saturday!

9:30 - 11 AM  /  Open Flow & Restore  /  Rotating Teacher 
Explore and learn different aspects of yoga through different teaching styles and techniques. A truly gratifying way to start your weekend. Enjoy the fruits of your labor as you absorb all the benefits in a longer savasana meditation/yoga nidra. All levels welcome. Check our Facebook and Instagram to see who is teaching each week.
