Starts Monday, May 6th

MONDAYS

9 - 10:15 am / Align with Grace / Callie
 An all levels, alignment-based yoga class that brings together the supported and careful asana of Iyengar and gentle Vinyasa flow. Learn philosophy, meditation, and Pranayama to bring the body and mind into alignment with our fullest potential. 

WEDNESDAYS

6:15 - 7:30 pm / Solar-Lunar Flow / Keela
(same class - new name) An Integrated Vinyasa Yoga practice rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary sequences that guide you to subtle inner awareness we access via our physical bodies. Classes are a blend of invigorating solar energy paired with a soothing lunar essence. Each week we study a new focus through alignment + flow, engagement + relaxation, and science + philosophy. More than simply a style of yoga, Integrated Vinyasa™ illuminates our wholeness, our relationship 

THURSDAYS

6:15 - 7:30 pm / Mindful Mountain Movement / Shelly
A fusion of movement modalities (Yoga, Pilates, Dance) designed to create a full body and mind workout. Open level class that includes breath work, hands on adjustments, alignment cues, and stretch and strengthen work. 

FIRST SATURDAYS: May 4, June 1st
(First Saturday of each month)

9:30 - 11 AM  /  Open Flow & Restore  /  Rotating Teacher 
A class held once a month that allows for learning, exploring, and practicing the 8 limbs of yoga. Enjoy the fruits of your labor as you absorb all the benefits in a longer savasana meditation/yoga nidra. A truly gratifying way to start your weekend. All levels welcome.

LAST SATURDAYS May 25
(Last Saturday of each month)

9:30 - 11 am / Align with Grace / Callie

SUNDAYS

10 - 11 am / Soulful Sunday Sway / Shelly
Get centered and release stress with this fusion class. A combination of movement modalities (Yoga, Pilates, Dance) designed to ground down and recharge for the week. Open level class with a focus on mindfulness and Self that includes breath work, hands on adjustments, alignment cues, and stretch and strengthen work.
