Yoga Schedule

January - April 2019

MONDAYS

9 - 10:30 am / Open Flow Sadhana / Stacy
Sadhana is the discipline of routine spiritual practice and the routine surrendering of the ego. This class includes : Yamas and Niyamas (Yoga Philosophy), Pranayama  (Breathing Practices), Dharana (Meditation), and Asana (Postures). All levels welcome.


TUESDAYS

5:30 - 7 pm / Sadhana Flow / Stacy
Spend the 1st 30 mins learning the breathing practices that will allow you to join the Thursday evening Advanced Sadhana Class. Followed by an hour of asanas to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. 

WEDNESDAYS

12:15 - 1 pm / Lunchtime RESET/ Stacy
Easy breathing and meditation practices + gentle, restorative movements. Get away from your desk or take a break in the middle of the day, middle of the week to slow down the mind and open the body. 

6:15 - 7:30 pm / Connect - Flow - Strengthen / Keela
This is an Integrated Vinyasa class created to build strength and flexibility as you melt away tension and stress in the body and mind. We’ll connect breath with movement with music as you intentionally flow, hold and connect with yourself. Expect a smooth yet challenging practice with pranayama (breath techniques) and meditation sprinkled in.


THURSDAYS

4:15 - 5:30 pm  /  Gentle Flow Restorative  /  Stacy 
This class will include breathing practices, easy meditations, gentle flow with restorative postures. All levels welcome.

5:45 - 7:15 pm / Advanced Sadhana / Stacy
This class is currently full and requires previous Sadhana experience. Learn these practices in the Tuesday Sadhana Flow to join next season’s Advanced Sadhana.


FRIDAYS

FIRST SATURDAYS
(First Saturday of each month)
Jan 5th / Feb 2nd / Mar 2nd / Apr 6th

9:30 - 11 AM  /  Open Flow & Restore  /  Stacy 
A class held once a month that allows for learning, exploring, and practicing the 8 limbs of yoga. Enjoy the fruits of your labor as you absorb all the benefits in a longer savasana meditation/yoga nidra. A truly gratifying way to start your weekend. All levels welcome.
